About Us

Cinnamon Network South Africa activates and resources local churches to transform their community, city and ultimately the nation.

We help local churches by strengthening community networks, replicating best practice and measuring social impact.

Cinnamon Community Project Replicator

The Cinnamon Community Project Replicator identifies best practice church-led community projects that could also be run by other local churches.

We then support those community projects to replicate through other local churches to enable them to transform communities and to save them from having to reinvent the wheel.

Do you have a project that could be replicated across South Africa?

Cinnamon Faith Action Audits

The Cinnamon Faith Action Audit is a tool to enable churches to work together in order to measure their social and economic impact in their community or city.

The evidence is published to create new opportunities for the church to partner with government, business, media and other sectors of civic society.

Cinnamon Civic Prayer Breakfasts

The Cinnamon Civic Prayer Breakfast model is a way of churches working together to build relationships with civic leaders and pray for the wellbeing of the community.

We have developed tools and resources to help the church design, host and invite leaders from all sectors of a community to an engaging and impacting prayer breakfast.

Cinnamon Network South Africa is not something that is done to people it is something we do together, so we invite you to be involved alongside us.

You may want your church to be more engaged in community transformation. You may have a church-led community project that you think could be replicated to save other churches reinventing the wheel. You may want to see churches praying and working together in community and city transformation. You may want to change the way the church is portrayed in society by measuring its impact.

If so we would love to work with you as we ask, ‘what is God doing and how do we join in?’
